Take RPI to work and participate in online graduate and undergraduate programs designed for mission-critical employees and the companies that depend on them.

Through RPI's digital classroom, you'll complete projects that connect directly to your work and apply new knowledge and skills to real-world challenges. RPI faculty mentors provide guidance, feedback, and industry expertise throughout your courses.

Take one course at a time, complete a graduate certificate, or stack multiple certificates toward a customized master's degree.

As an employee within the EdAssist by Bright Horizons® network, RPI offers:

  • A 20% tuition discount for RPI at Work Programs
  • A $75 application fee waiver for attending an Informational Webinar
  • An Employee Deferred Tuition (EDT) program for graduate students in RPI at Work programs who receive tuition reimbursement benefits at the end of the semester

To be eligible for this discount, please identify your employer in your event registration and application.

Please note: The tuition reduction is effective for enrollment in future terms and will not be applied retroactively.
