Take RPI to work and participate in online graduate and undergraduate programs designed for mission-critical employees and the companies that depend on them.

Through RPI's digital classroom, you'll complete projects that connect directly to your work and apply new knowledge and skills to real-world challenges. RPI faculty mentors provide guidance, feedback, and industry expertise throughout your courses.

Take one course at a time, complete a graduate certificate, or stack multiple certificates toward a customized master's degree.

Through our valued partnership, BAE Systems employees may receive up to a 25% tuition discount when enrolling in an RPI at Work program.

RPI offers an Employee Deferred Tuition (EDT) program as an option for graduate students who receive tuition reimbursement benefits from their employer at the end of the semester. Please review the EDT details and application for additional information.
